Introduction to pipe cutter

Pipe cutter is generally used for cutting PVC, PP-R and other plastic pipe materials, or aluminum plastic pipe, copper pipe and stainless steel pipe.
The plastic pipe cutter is generally made of aluminum alloy or reinforced nylon, which makes the product strong and lightweight. The blade has 65Mn, stainless iron, SK5, etc., and the hardness is between 48-58 degrees. The blade is quenched at high temperature. The cutting diameters are generally 36mm, 42mm, 50mm, 63mm, 75mm, etc.
Aluminum plastic pipe, copper pipe and stainless steel pipe cutters are generally made of zinc alloy or aluminum alloy. The blade is generally made of bearing steel or 9CrSi material, and the shape is generally C-type. The cutting diameters are generally 16mm, 22mm, 28mm, 30mm, 42mm, 50mm, 64mm, etc.
Generally, hand tools are consumables, with good quality and service life of 1-3 years.
